Legislative Aide
Claudia Chung
Claudia joined this office in May 2021. She focuses on constituent services, community outreach, digital communications, and press relations in the office.
A recent graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, Claudia has experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Rep. Ultrino's staff, she worked as a digital communications intern for Mayor Jim Kenney's office in Philadelphia and as a human rights education and fundraising intern at Amnesty International.
Growing up in both Hong Kong and the States led her to develop a deep interest in the racial diversity within politics and how to develop legislation that can help people in urban communities thrive. She speaks English, Mandarin, and French as well as her native Cantonese.
In her downtime, she enjoys trying to recreate recipes from the latest season of The Great British Bakeoff, going to the beach with her puppy Ted, rewatching Parks and Recreation, and playing new games on her Nintendo Switch.

Legislative Aide
Lizzie Finn
Lizzie joined this office in January 2022. She focuses on policy, legislation, and stakeholder relations in the office.
Prior to joining Rep. Ultrino’s staff, Lizzie worked as an intern at McAllister & Quinn in Washington DC, where she assisted nonprofit organizations across the country in obtaining federal grant funding. She has a passion for civic engagement and a strong interest in public policy which stemmed from her time as a constituent services intern for Massachusetts State Senator Jason Lewis and an intern at Charles Group Consulting. She has also contributed to local and statewide political campaigns, including Ed Markey’s 2020 Senate campaign.
A recent graduate from Suffolk University, Lizzie majored in Government with a concentration in Law and Public Policy. During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Finn served as the SuffolkVotes Scholar, in which she helped lead a university-wide voting and civic engagement initiative. She has also contributed to statewide and national polls from Suffolk University’s Political Survey Research Center.
